Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and credited to your 77ad account within 60 seconds in standard operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. 77ad does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. 77ad reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
All 77ad account balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and displayed game values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees applicable to any transaction on the 77ad platform.
New players who make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more are eligible for 77ad's welcome bonus, which provides a 150% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 30,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit.
All bonuses credited to a 77ad account are subject to a wagering requirement of 35× (thirty-five times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a Rs 1,000 deposit with a Rs 1,500 bonus would require Rs 87,500 in qualifying wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
The welcome bonus and all other promotional bonuses issued by 77ad carry a validity period of 14 calendar days from the date of issue. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account without notice.
Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, including blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.

All sports bets placed on 77ad are governed by the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the 77ad platform. In the event of any ambiguity between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. 77ad reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on unavailable markets.
All casino games available on the 77ad platform are provided by independently licensed and certified software studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live dealer dealing in the case of live casino products. Return-to-player percentages are set by the individual game provider and are not within 77ad's control.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting and casino products on 77ad. Bets placed in markets that have already been settled, or after an event has concluded, are void regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77ad reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all related bets and bonuses, confiscate all funds held in the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
77ad may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed or used for a continuous period of 12 months. 77ad may, following reasonable notice, deduct an administrative fee from dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Where an account balance reaches zero through dormant account fees, the account may be closed.

The 77ad platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ad makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ad shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77ad platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, game settlement errors corrected in good faith, or third-party payment processing delays.
77ad's total liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to 77ad in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 77ad's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by law.

The personal data you provide during registration and during continued use of the platform — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of account administration, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.
